Simple....simple...simple....

Jacket: H&M
Shorts: Risky
Hat and boots: posted here in the previous posts
Ring: Claire's

I was born to wear black clothing just like Lady GAGA was born to sing and entertain the public...
It makes me feel feminine, classy, stylish and generally great...
I have no idea what is it about, but black is the best colour for me to wear...
Therefore outfits entirely based on black are the ones I love most...

My mum came back from her holiday and got me just too many nice items....
All I can say is WOW...
I'm just filled with happiness at the moment.
I've got a few outfit ideas in my head and can't wait to accomplish them...

Classy again..

Dress: small boutiqe in Hounslow
Heels with a bow: Primark
Hair band: Primark
Vintage ring and earings: vintage store-Ebay

Today's weather is killing me...
Rain, rain and rain again....
Even the floral dress that I decided to wear today didn't help...

Above you can check out one of my favourite dresses....
It's really tiny and classy...
There is no need to add anything to it apart from a ring and earings as
it looks great on its own...

Handmade jewellery

There is nothing better than a necklace that you can make yourself.
Two years ago my boyfriend's friend made a few superb handmade necklaces for me.
All of them were illustrating my favourite paintings...
I loved them so much that I started creating them myself.  Together with my boyfriend, we made a few nice pieces of jewellery that I find really unique...

Because I love MAXI dresses...

Dress: vintage shop
Hat: you've seen it here before
Coat: some shop in Hounslow which is no longer there
Shoes: Shoe Zone
Scarf: Southall Market
Jewellery: different places

I always loved maxi dresses, mostly because of the way they shape themselves as you walk...
This one I've got from a great vintage shop that was mentioned here already...
One day I just went there to get some jewellery but instead of coming out with another bunch of bangles, I left the shop with a dark grey maxi dress. There were many different colours available, but I only got the one above as I didn't have time to get into the changing room and so didn't know wheter I will look good in it. When I was back home, I tried it on and loved it. The next day I woke up early and run to the store to get a brown and orange one, but surprisingly all of them were sold already.
20 dresses were all gone in just one day...What a shame!

The carpet bag presented above is the bag I was talking about the other day...It is slightly bigger than the other carpet bag that I posses and have shown in here some time ago...

Vintage shopping done !!!

This morning I've decided to do some shopping in one of my favourite vintage shops, which is located very near my place. I think it is very advantageous  to do shopping over there, as there is no need to travel in a hot bus in a sunny day like the one we have today.
It is a great store, which has a great collection of pieces from 20s, 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. They also sell more recent fashion, however I had no interest in that particular section and so cannot tell you much about it....
I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the shop with some old ladies talking to each other and discussing the fact that retro fashion comes back and can be seen on the runways again. I must say that what they were saying is very true as I can see myself that everyone wants to wear vintage these days.

Anyway...I managed to buy two dresses as well as an oversized jacket, which looks really huge on me.
I have no idea why I adore oversized pieces so much, but anytime I try something like that on myself, I just feel like I cannot leave it on the shop hanger and so must take it home with me.
I also purchased four vintage ties, each very different and very special.
Another fact I need to admit is that I've got this thing for ties and cannot understand why some men, including my daddy for exmaple, hate wearing them....
The only problem I've got with ties is that I cannot tie a tie myself. However there is always some helpful hand ready to offer some support..... It is either my boyfriend or my friend Andrew, who can tie a tie in less than one minute. Master!
